Famed and iconic singer Whitney Houston will have documentary about her life. The documentary is directed by Nick Broomfield titled Can I Be Me, which will be making its premiere at the Tribeca Film festival. Broomfield is no stranger on documentaries when it comes to celebrities, he has done Biggie & Tupac and Kurt & Courtney.
Whitney Houston’s family is not part of this documentary, and Nick Broomfield’s documentaries take a no holds bar approach. The Tribeca Film Festival takes place this spring from April 19th-30th.
