U.K. soul artist Julie Dexter rocked the stage at H. Manor Park in Southwest Atlanta yesterday afternoon. The Atlanta based artist graced the stage part of the Atlanta Jazz Festival 31 days of jazz leading up to the main event on Memorial Day Weekend at Piedmont Park. r
The weather was perfect for a Sunday afternoon and Julie and her band got the crowd on their feet and heads bobbing. Not only did she sing but she showed she can play the keyboard. Julie went through her illustrious catalog and introduced new hits. The singing, scatting, and musicianship was on point for music heads to enjoy. Julie sings about love, peace, and enjoying life.
