It has been over a month since Rock legend David Bowie has passed away and like most artists who are no longer with us but they’re work lives on. Bowie’s music will be displayed in a unique twist his last album Blackstar will have a platform on Instagram.
InstaMiniSeries, a new channel featuring original episodic programming packaged as Instagram videos, has announced that they will premiere a new series devoted entirely to David Bowie’s last albumBlackstaron Feb. 25 at 8PM E.T., with subsequent episodes to follow every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday thereafter, for a total of 16 episodes. The series is titledUNBOUND: A★ InstaMiniSeriesand will feature visual interpretations of Bowie’s songs by actors including Tavi Gevinson and Patricia Clarkson.
Blackstar was released two days before his death and became his first No.1 album on Billboard 200 charts in his musical career.
