Our hearts are heavy right now after news that Legendary singer Aretha Franklin passed away this morning from pancreatic cancer early this morning at her home in Detroit. Coined “The Queen of Soul” Franklin’s music spans 5 decades. Her music transcedent a generation of musical artist and culture. In honor of Aretha Franklin Xino DJ complied her hits in a tribute mix. You will hear some of her biggest hits such as “Think”, “Respect”, and some rare tracks.

Xino DJ is out of Valencia, Spain started by performing the radio program “Onda Jamaicana” in the 1989 on Radio Klara. Later he acts as a DJ in various performances of Reggae groups, and influenced by that culture investigates parallel rhythms such as soul, Hip Hop, Funky and later to enter the Jamaican influenced electronica. In the year 98, he founded the Educative Sounds collective with more members, specializing in Jungle. He is currently part of the Gravity Sound System dedicated to Jamaican vintage rhythms, and announcer and selector in Pimpers Paradise Reggae Radio.
