T.I. to star in a new police drama to air on Fox titled Atlanta’s Most Wanted. The Atlanta rapper/actor has teamed up with the Fox network and Jerry Bruckheimer to develop the series, which will be picked up by the network for the 2018 fall season.
T.I. will portray the character Marcus Armstrong, whose father is an infamous criminal figure in Atlanta, and Armstrong is recruited to a new vice squad to take down criminal elements in the city of Atlanta. Rodney Barnes will pen the script for the series his previous works have been Everybody Hates Chris and The Boondocks and T.I. will serve as one of the executive producers.
“I am honored to partner with Fox and Bruckheimer on what is truly a passion project for me. It’s going to be amazing to see my city represented in this fashion,” T.I. said.
