Beauty and talent is a deadly combination. The Letter Z embodies that masterpiece. The free spirited Los Angeles singer/songwriter released her debut 5 track EP Timeless. I happened to run across her surfing bandcamp and I have to admit her EP is kind of dope.
The project is a mixture of soul, funk, and hip hop on the production. The Letter Z puts down her laid back rhapsody vocals which is by product on that West Coast vibe. She reminds me Jhene Aiko or the group Internet, but in her own unique style. She is one watch, so if you are in the LA area try to catch a live show.
She states, “I write to relate. I speak real love, life, and experience. Nothing else matters.”
