TV political talk show host John McLaughlin passed away Tuesday at the age of 89 years old. McLaughlin was the host of the political television program The McLaughlin Group.
The program debuted in 1982, the premise of the show was a fast paced panel discussion with views from the left and right-wing point of view. He missed the show this past Sunday and the producers of the show revealed that’s first time McLaughlin has missed the show.
He was born on March 29, 1927 in Providence, Rhode Island, he was a former speechwriter for President Nixon and President Ford as well. John McLaughlin died in his home in Virginia, no word if the show will continue.
