Rapper Nick Grant busted on the scene in 2015 with tracks like “Royalty” featuring CyHi The Prynce and “The Jungle”. This led up to 2016 mixtape “88” featuring Killer Mike, Big. K.R.I.T., & Young Dro. The flagship artist for Jason Geter’s Culture Republic label, displays the sheer volume of hip hop talent coming out of Atlanta.
Nick Grant has positioned himself for a great 2016 as well. The Atlanta-based emcee has now earned an opening slot on Dave East’s North American “Hate Me Now” tour. The 11-city “Hate Me Now” tour will kick off on April 15 in Charlotte, North Carolina. This will be Grant’s first cross country trek. Last month, Nick Grant performed at the SXSW festival in Austin, Texas.
Fans that catch the “Hate Me Now” tour will get to hear cuts off Grant’s well-received ’88mixtape. The project features appearances by K.R.I.T., Killer Mike, Young Dro, BJ The Chicago Kid, and Stacy Barthe.
