There is something amazing happening in Providence, RI as far as music and empowerment goes. The group Music One which consist of members: Terrell Osborne, Kelly Johnson, Oscar “Reb 1” Johnson, Marggines Abreu (vocals), Lillie Jackson (vocals), Eva Davenport, Kryssie D’Amario (vocals), Priscilla Montero (Acoustic Guitar) and Kylin Johnson
Music One is an innovative enrichment program designed to support and educate youth by cultivating their talents in original positive music and multi-media projects while providing mentoring, leadership development and empowerment.
After listening to their music it very impactful, positive and empowering. Their genre is R&B, Soul, Pop and Hip-Hop. Every member brings their own unique talent to the table. The vocals and production is on point. I know a few members actually produce, play instruments, and write.
Music One offers youth a opportunity to accomplish their dreams of being involved in the music industry. Not just as a artist but also behind the scenes as a producer, engineer, songwriter, etc. Check out the website for more info.
