Black Thought from the legendary The Roots crew connected with his musical partner J. Period at live performance spitting over tracks from the Godfather of soul singer James Brown live on stage. The experience was recorded and has now been released as a mixtape.
Together they created The Live Mixtape (The JB Edition) live on stage at The Boombox’s #16Bars. Videos of the performance are set to be released as well.
