LA LA ANTHONY AND TIMBALAND DEVELOPING HIP-HOP DOCUSERIES

According to Deadline La La Anthony and Timbaland are teaming up to develop a hip hop docuseries with Leftfield Pictures. Anthony will be an executive producer while Timbaland will be an executive music producer. The show will focus on Face Time Agency, one of the top casting agencies for booking music video and hip-hop fashion models ran by Jeff Janvier and Session Cruz. They serve of the top clients in the business such as Drake, Kanye West and Robin Thicke. The series will explore the cutthroat side of hip-hop and how everyone deals with trying to break into the rough industry.

“La La and Timbaland are perfect examples of what can be achieved when talent, determination and creativity collide with entrepreneurship,” David George, CEO of Leftfield Entertainment, said. “We’re thrilled to be in business with these two entertainment innovators to create a series that uncovers a unique, rarified faction of hip hop and provides a true soundtrack for the unpredictable journey toward fame and fortune.”
