Kanye West will executive produce the music for a new TV series titled Underground. The show centers around a group of slaves who plan to escape the plantation in Georgia. Along the way, they are assisted by an abolitionist couple who run a station on the Underground Railroad.
The series stars Jurnee Smollett-Bell (Temptation, The Great Debators), Christopher Meloni (Law & Order: SVU), and Aldis Hodge (Straight Outta Compton, Leverage).
