Kanye West lead track “Champions” from theforthcoming G.O.O.D. Music compilation album Cruel Winter, lands on the Hot Shot Debut on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs at No. 22 (on the July 2 dated chart). The all-star track is led by Kanye West, with Gucci Mane, Big Sean, 2 Chainz, Travis Scott, Yo Gotti, Quavo and Desiigner. It also starts at No. 71 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Digital sales supply the majority of points that contribute to its entrance, with 31,000 downloads sold in the week ending June 16 (according to Nielsen Music). The track concurrently bows at No. 7 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Songs chart.
R&B singer Usher also scored two debut tracks on the Hot R&B Songs chart as “Crash” at No. 16, followed by “No Limit,” featuring Young Thug, at No. 24. “Crash,” which premiered exclusively through Tidal on June 9, leads in downloads and streams, selling 11,000 downloads and logging 1.7 million weekly streams. The track was then widely released, alongside “No Limit,” on June 10.
