News media outlets filed a request to release the autopsy of Bobbi Kristina Brown daughter of R&B singer Bobby Brown & the late great music legend Whitney Houston. So, on Thursday Fulton County Superior Court Judge Henry Newkirk on Thursday granted a motion filed by media organizations.

The news media lawyers argued that the September sealing order violated the state and federal constitutions and court rules because there was no public notification or opportunity for a hearing. The state argued the law exempts records sealed by court order.

Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard issued a statement saying he believes the records should remain sealed but that he will follow the instructions of the court.

Bobbi Kristina was found facedown in her bathtub at her condo in suburban Atlanta on Jan.31st, 2015 she later died in hospice care on July 26th she was 22 years old.
