Funky Times Is Back IGBO Release Their Funky New Single “Gimmie Gimmie”

Gimme that funk; and if funk it what you want IGBO has it. The New York-based ensemble are marking the month of May with the release of their new single “Gimmie Gimmie,”. That groovy sound, drums banging, and airy horns funk is alive and well.

With lead vocals from Bronx siren 10ille and Brookyln vocalist Lorely Rodriguez providing backing tracks, The track is the first single off of IGBO’s debut EP INDIGO GREEN BROWN ORANGE, which is due out June 9th. Listen below.
