Chicago native Chance the Rapper has put the city on his back and has carried the torch for a new wave of rapper from the windy the last couple of years. Chance released his released his third mixtape, “Coloring Book” in May, following the success of his 2012 “10 Day” and 2013 “Acid Rap. Today he made a huge announcement at his Chicago stop for his Magnificent Coloring World Tour, and it’s none other than at the “first ever music festival at U.S. Cellular Field on Chicago’s South Side.” The festival will will take place September 24th.
