The popular FX network Atlanta TV Series has been nominated for the 2016 Producers Guild Award the Best Episodic Comedy category.
The series was created by and stars Atlanta native Donald Glover who is also a musician. The series is about two cousins navigating their way in the Atlanta rap scene in an effort to improve their lives and the lives of their families. The Atlanta TV Series received very positive reviews and FX announced that Atlanta had been renewed for a second season.
The show is directed by by Hiro Murai and Donald Glover, Dianne McGunigle, Paul Simms serve as executive producers.
