Terrace Martin Reworks Kendrick Lamar’s “Alright ” With A Jazzier Arrangement

Terrace Martin always adds another musical flavor to a track. He worked worked extensively on Kendrick Lamar’s To Pimp A Butterfly, adding much of his jazz touch to the project. t The track “Alright” is the one that stood out the most.

Today, Terrace Martin offers a jazzier arrangement to the record. It like he is taking the listener on a journey. Martin transforms the bassline from percussive to wandering, adding vocal samples and sax soloing in an instrumental bridge.
