Gibbs and Rozay connect again on Ice Cream

Grammy-nominated rapper Freddie Gibbs is gearing up for his anticipated album SSS, which stands for Soul Sold Separately due out this year. This week Gibbs released his latest single off SSS titled “Ice Cream”

featuring MMG boss Rick Ross.

Freddie Gibbs also released visuals for the single “Ice Cream” paying homeage to Raekwon’s 1995 classic Only Built 4 Cuban Linx and the single released under the same name. While Rick Ross portrays Ghostface Killah and Gibbs plays the Chef the song and video making “Ice Cream” this spring/summer trap anthem.

This is not the first time Gibbs and Rozay collaborated together they linked up on the Gibbs and Alchemist collaboration album Alfredo on the song “Scottie Beam,” which earned Freddie his first grammy nomination for album of the year. Ice Cream marks the fourth single preceded by “Black Illuminati”

ft. Jadakiss, “Gang Signs” ft. Schoolboy Q, and Big Boss Rabbit.

SSS due out this June with production from Kenny Beats,Pharrell, Boi-1da, Jake One, Three 6 Mafia’s DJ Paul, Tay Keith and KAYTRANADA, as well as his Bandana and Alfredo accomplices Madlib and The Alchemist.
