The 64th annual Grammy awards is set to take place this Sunday April 3rd in Las Vegas and legendary Queensbridge MC Nas is slate to perform at this years ceremony.
This will be his first solo performance at the Grammy’s the Recording Academy took to Instagram to make the announcement “We only need one mic. Pull up to watch GRAMMY winner and current nominee #NAS return to the #GRAMMYs stage.”
The One Mic MC is looking to take home the Grammy in back to back years for King’s Disease II, where he previously won a Grammy for Best Rap Album for King’s Disease with whom Hit-Boy produced both and he’s nominated for producer of the year and happens to be the only Black nominee in that category.

Nas and Hit-Boy were very busy in 2021 by following up with the Grammy-nominated critically acclaimed King’s Disease II and then with Magic an album that is deemed a great album as well. Nas just released the latest visuals from the Magic album Wave Gods featuring A$AP Rocky, Dj Premiere, & Hit-Boy
On the Magic album Nas revealed King’s Disease III will be on the way. In the meanwhile you can catch God’s Son perform this Sunday at the Grammy’s April 3rd 8pm ET on CBS.
