'Sex for grades': Undercover in West African universities For more than a year BBC Africa Eye sent undercover journalists posing as students inside the University of Lagos and the University of Ghana some of West Africa's prestigious schools. These Institutions in West Africa have increasingly been facing allegations of sexual harassment and blackmail by lecturers for many decades. These allegations have not been taken seriously or proven until now. There is now video evidence of the these incidents. Reporter Kiki Mordi, who knows first-hand how devastating sexual harassment can be, led the investigation reveals what happens behind closed doors at some of the region’s most prestigious universities. The investigation team sent a reporter posing as a 17 year perspective student seeking admission in the University of Lagos.
