British rapper M.I.A. is not missing in action, she is back with a fiery. M.I.A. returns with some heat with a new record, “MIA OLA-FOREIGN FRIEND”, via Soundcloud. Right now she is on a tear, after just being featured on the explosive new Baauer single, “Temple” and firing back at the NFL with her own “BOOM ADD”.
M.I.A took it back to her roots on this track using dance hall rhythms and chopping up her own bars from some her earliest material, such as “Fire, Fire” and “Galang.” She also sneaked in a sample of “The Lion King” chopping it up, which was pretty cool.
