Kris with a K Poetry Is More Than Just A Spoken Word Artist

The lyrical Kris with a K Poetry aka “Kris with a K” Henry is a Atlanta base spoken word artist. The lady wordsmith is more than a spoken word artist so it’s more to it in the name. The multi talented artist is a professional freelance writer, and editor make her a one stop shop.

The highly educated Kris with a K” Poetry earned a bachelor’s degrees in English and Communications Studies from the University of Georgia. Her years of professional experience as a blogger, an events and marketing coordinator, and a community outreach specialist has translated into a unique writing style. If you listen closely to her spoken word she dives deeper into thought past simplistic words your ordinary spoken word artist may use. Her word play describes a more detailed picture as if you were at the scene when the ordeal took place. In my opinion this is one of the most important traits of a spoken word artist being able to paint a vivid picture of what you are describing.

She just released her debut spoken word album Alchemical produced by Nahncenz. It is great debut project coming out the gate. The 8 track album focuses on love and spiritual evolution. My favorite tracks is “What is Love” and “Agape Love”. I am not sure to hire her for a job or book her for a show; either way I know she would be great at both. Kris with a K showcased her writing expertise with good use of empowering words and thought provoking lyrics.

Remember she is more than just an artist. So if you have writers block, or in need of a great community outreach specialist she is the one stop shop.
