Snoop Dogg Reveals Title Of His Gospel Album

Snoop to perform at the Super Bowl Gospel Celebration

Snoop Dogg is a man of many hats from music to acting, television host, and coaching in his youth football league. As an artist Snoop Dogg has reinvented himself numerous times and pulled it off with great success. Snoop is known for spitting those hardcore west coast rhymes representing the Crips, and some years later he changed his name to Snoop Lion when he was practicing Rastafarian.

Last summer Snoop announced that he was considering spreading the word of Christ on his next album, well his album about the Lord maybe coming to light. Because Snoop Dogg just revealed the name of his gospel album is titled Snoop Dogg Presents the Bible of Love. We may get to hear what his album may sound like because he has been tapped to perform at this year’s 19th annual Super Bowl Gospel celebration next month during Super Bowl weekend.

The Super Bowl Gospel Celebration is sanctioned by the NFL and will be held at Benson Great Hall at Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota on Thursday February 1st. Snoop will not be alone for his gospel performance. He has enlisted some of his musical counterparts to present his upcoming album such as Faith Evans, The Clark Sisters, Rance Allen, Ty Tribbett, and Erica Campbell from Mary Mary. The NFL Choir will also perform as well as they celebrate their 10 year anniversary.

Snoop’s mom is excited his making this album as she wrote some heartfelt words on his Instagram page. “Praise the Lord, You are very welcome. The more you share with others the more you will reap more benefits. The more the Lord will enlarge your territory and bless you indeed. I am so grateful to the Lord for you and how God is moving you in the direction to bless His people through the word of God.”

Snoop Dogg Presents the Bible of Love will be released this year, but there is no release date as of yet, however the The one-hour TV special will air on BET Saturday Feb. 3rd at 11:00 pm ET, and again on Sunday Feb. 4th at 11:00 am ET.
